HardPear Capital was founded in 2018 by CEO Vasin Govender, driven by his personal search for a second citizenship program that would allow him to continue living and working in South Africa while having a "Plan B" for the future. Frustrated by scams and the lack of a service-oriented agency, Govender established HardPear Capital, initially offering Citizenship by Investment (CBI) in Portugal.

 

The company soon identified the challenges South Africans faced, particularly the difficulty in obtaining the necessary civil documentation for CBI applications. Recognizing a gap in the market, HardPear Capital became a boutique agency, focused on offering personalized, hands-on support.

 

From the initial audit of client needs to assistance with document procurement, passing language tests and ultimately gaining residency or citizenship, HardPear Capital prides itself on its client relationships and guidance throughout the entire process of obtaining citizenship.
